Purpose

To guide application admins in enabling the SupportLogic Academy link within the UI, providing users easy access to learning resources and videos.

Summary

Admins can configure a dedicated customer URL for SupportLogic Academy within the application settings. Once set, all users will see the "Open SL Academy" option in the UI.

Steps to Enable SL Academy in the UI

Step 1: Request Your Unique URL

Contact support@supportlogic.io to obtain your company’s unique SupportLogic Academy URL.

Step 2: Configure the URL in SupportLogic

1️⃣ Navigate to the SupportLogic UI
2️⃣ Go to Control Center > Settings
3️⃣ Under General, locate Site Defaults
4️⃣ Find SL Academy URL and paste the unique URL provided by Support

Step 3: Access SL Academy

Users can now hover over the drop-down on the right-hand side and select "Open SL Academy."

First-time users must register in SupportLogic Academy.
