Purpose

This document lists out everything needed to be configured so that you can get the most out of Elevate SX.



Summary


There are a lot of moving parts in Elevate, and if not configured properly there's a lot that you simply will not be able to do within ESX. Here's a list of everything that needs to be set-up first:


This controls a user's available actions and UI what within the application.


Groups help segment your Dashboard so that you can extract the required insights. Also, this makes bulk audits faster and more targeted.


Once done with the above two, we map the Roles and Groups to each user.


This is arguably the most important part of Elevate SX. This is how you can create a scorecard - the checklist used to audit an interaction. Elevate SX without a scorecard is like a car without an engine, pointless really. 



Once you're done with all of the above, you've taken the first and most important steps required to revolutionize your QA processes.
