User feedback for Case & Knowledge Summary in Resolve Assist

Users can now provide qualitative feedback on both the Case Summary and Knowledge Summary.

  • Clicking the thumbs down icon will redirect users to a “Tell Us More” page where detailed feedback can be submitted.

  • This input will be used to fine-tune the Knowledge Search and Summary generation, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of results over time.
