Access Requirements for ResolveSx Integrations

Introduction


ResolveSx integrates seamlessly with various knowledge systems by leveraging its advanced connectors. Below is a detailed guide to the data requirements for each supported platform to ensure successful integration.


Salesforce Knowledge

To access Salesforce Knowledge, provide the following:

  • Username: A user with API access enabled and permissions to access all Knowledge objects and fields.

  • Password

  • API Token

  • List of API Names for Objects and Fields:

    • Navigate to: Setup -> Objects and Fields -> Object Manager -> Knowledge -> Fields & Relationships.

    • Copy and paste the table of fields into a spreadsheet.


Zendesk Articles

To access Zendesk articles, provide:

  • Username

  • Password

Steps to Generate a User:


Freshdesk Articles

To access Freshdesk articles, provide:

  • API Key

  • Instance Domain

How to Find the API Key:


Confluence/Jira

To access Confluence or Jira, provide:

  • Username: A user with access to all relevant Spaces (Confluence) or Projects (Jira).

  • API Token

  • Subdomain of the instance

  • List of Acronyms for Spaces (Confluence) or Projects (Jira)

CXOne/Mindtouch

To access Mindtouch, provide:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Instance URL

Steps to Retrieve These:

  1. Log into NICE CXOne.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard -> Integrations -> API Token Management.

  3. Open Server API Tokens.

  4. Generate the client key and client secret, then store them securely.


KnowledgeOwl

To access KnowledgeOwl, provide:

  • API Key

  • Project ID

How to Generate an API Key:

  1. Log into KnowledgeOwl.

  2. Go to Your Account -> API.

  3. Create a new API key or use an existing one.

  4. Set permissions (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) and copy the key.


GetGuru

To access GetGuru, provide:

  • Username

  • User Token

  2. Go to Team Settings -> Users and Collections to find your username.
