            Sorry! nothing found for

            When a case is opened from the support hub, I see a lot of case fields which are not required. How can I remove them ?

            Yes, these unwanted case fields in the support hub can be removed from settings >> Support Hub >>Show case fields. 


            We can unselect the case fields so that they will not be shown in case details.
