How do I create Virtual Queues from CRM queues?

Utilise the CRM queue as a foundation and further personalize it by incorporating additional filters such as case fields or customers. Additionally, you have the option to employ multiple CRM queues as the starting point for a robust customised virtual queue.


Navigate to "Assignment queue" then click Add a virtual queue
