How to enable SLA under operational metrics

SLA Pane not appearing in operational metrics ? 


Purpose: 


This article will guide you to enable SLA under operational metrics directly from SupportLogic UI.


Steps to be verified:

  • Step 1: Please make sure the user has access to settings permission in the User Engagement section. 
  • Step 2:  Go to Settings > Target Case Metrics > verify that "Show SLA Tracking the Application" is checked.
