This knowledge bit addresses one of the most common inquiries we receive: Does SupportLogic offer customer-facing APIs? Below, we explain our current API capabilities.

Current API Availability

SupportLogic is designed to integrate with your existing support systems (like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow) through internal integrations and secure connectors. However, at this time, we do not have a public-facing API that customers or third-party developers can use to directly access or interact with our platform’s features or data.
