Purpose

In order to configure your SSO connection, you will need both the Assertion Consumer Service and Entity ID.

General Information

Before you begin, please review the article below which explains how to create an Enterprise connection in Auth0 and then update your SAML identity provider (IdP) with the connection's metadata.

How to configure Auth0 as SAML IdP Provider 

Naming Convention for ACS URL and Entity ID:

1. Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL.

Default format: 

https://supportlogic.auth0.com/login/callback?connection={customer_name_here}-SAML

2. Entity ID.

Default format: 

urn:auth0:supportlogic:{your_organization_name_here}-SAML

You will need the ACS URL and the Entity ID.

Please note that the name of your organization in the ACS URL and the Entity ID is case sensitive!
