Keyword based alerts:-

You can create Alert based on keywords on a case comment. This article will help interesting use cases like - setting up alerts based on specific keyword or phrases (Example: Scheduled, Meeting, Urgency, Call back and many more).

Note:- Currently this is rolled out first to Email and Slack, with MS Teams coming later.

Steps to be followed:-

1. Click on "New Alert" in my alerts tab
2. Click on "Keyword Alert"

- In the search bar, type the word you would like to have the alert to be created and press enter.

- Then add the word to the inbound, outbound and internal comment, you wanted to be alerted
- You may drag and drop the word which was created to the respective fields per your requirement
- Select the notification method as how you wanted the alert to be sent (Example - email / slack)
