Creating SLA-Based Case Lists in Dashboard Module

In the My Dashboard module, users can efficiently manage their cases by creating specialized lists based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This article guides users through the process of navigating to the Dashboard module, adding a card, and selecting either the case list or case tile to create lists specifically focused on cases about to miss SLA.


To create SLA-based case lists:


  1. Navigate to My Dashboard.
  2. Click "Add a Card."
  3. Choose "Case List" or "Case Tile."
  4. Customize the list name 
  5. In the list select "Cases about to miss SLA"and save.


The case list will be created with the cases that are about to miss the SLA.
