What is "Mark for Review"?

This new functionality allows you to easily flag any ticket for review by stakeholders. 




How to Use "Mark for Review"

  1. Navigate to the Ticket Detail page for the ticket you want to mark for review.
  2. Locate the new "Mark for Review" button
  3. Click the button. Depending on your user role, you might see one of two options:
    • Agents: Selecting "Mark for Review" will save the ticket and add it to the new "Review" board on the TOI page.
    • Users: Selecting "Mark for Review" will submit a request for review. Agents will then be notified and can add the ticket to the "Review" board.
