Will the system learn when a sentiment signal is inaccurate?

Modified on Mon, 03 Apr 2023 at 09:28 AM

What if I uncheck the signal sentiment I disagree with?

Does the system automatically learn and improve over time?

The system will not automatically know if a sentiment signal is inaccurate or showing a false positive.

There are two things that can be done in this scenario:
1. To remove this signal from the view (if permissions are enabled), that sentiment signal can be removed.  This will remove that from your view and another user looking at that case.   As these can be extremely specific, individual changes like this are acknowledged but not proactively part of our machine learning.

2. If there is a larger pattern of sentiments (maybe 5 or more), please take these examples to the SL support team.  We will evaluate the scenario and make changes to improve. We regularly make improvements and want to ensure we are seeing what you are seeing.
