Allow injection of multiple values into the Custom fields of the Case

This article provides valuable insights into the new feature of injecting multiple values as a custom field.

1: The new feature possesses the capability to support multiple value field.

2: At present, we ingest single field value which is presented as a text or variable field.

3: With the introduction of this new feature, we have incorporated support for "Multi-select Fields" such as "Product versions" and "Customer Names" that can be created (please refer to the screenshot below for visual representation).

4: In the user interface (UI), this is how it will be displayed (use case - please see the screenshot provided below).

5: Customers have the ability to utilize filters in order to obtain results based on multiple values or a single value that has been created.

6: If customers require access to this functionality, it needs to be enabled from the backend. It is recommended to create a support ticket for further action.
