Do we have any plans to integrate Outlook in the agent shift management?

There's no current plan as of now for Outlook.  Our most popular is probably a WorkDay integration.


We will most likely tackle using availability in their CRM first, so if they have that Outlook data synced with their CRM, it might happen sooner than later.
