You can now notify the case owner via MS Teams in SupportLogic. Previously, there were only two options available for notifying the case owner: email or Slack. To enable this new feature, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your SupportLogic account and navigate to the My Alerts page.
2. On the My Alerts page, click on any of the alerts and scroll down to the "Notify the Case Owner" option.
3. Check the checkbox to enable this option.
4. Once enabled, select the "MS Teams" option from the drop-down box.
5. If you select this option in a personal alert, it will become a system alert.
