Filter options on 'Shift Management' Page

Purpose 


This document aims to offer an overview of the filters available on the Shift Management page


Summary


Enhance your user experience and boost functionality on the Shift Management page by utilizing our range of available filters. To access these filters, simply navigate to the top right corner of the page as indicated in the image below.



New Filters on Shift Management:


  • Shift Name: Utilize the search option to effortlessly access created shifts.

  • Shift Timezone: Easily filter shifts by specific timezones.


  • Agent Assigned: Arrange shifts according to particular agents, virtual teams, or virtual accounts.

  • Shift Coverage: The percentage of shift coverage is calculated based on linked agent availability for each day shift.


For instance, if we select less than 10% of our staffed shifts and apply the filter, we can easily access a list showing shifts with below 10% staffing






These updates are designed to provide a more intuitive and efficient shift management experience. We hope these enhancements will help streamline your workflow and improve overall productivity.
