This Article is to help you view/ open the case in full screen mode for ease of evaluation.
* We can evaluate cases in a fullscreen view in the evaluation module in SupportLogic UI.
Please follow the below steps to view a case in full screen:
1 : Open a case in the recommended list from the Agent coaching module.
2: In the top right corner, hover the mouse over the attachment icon (as shown in the screenshot) to copy the URL.
3: Paste the copied URL in a new window and hit enter. This will give you a fullscreen view for evaluating a case.
