In SupportLogic, it is possible to change the email domain. The user privileges are all mapped to the email address. Once the email address or domain is changed, it will remove all the existing filters, configurations, etc., and the user will be treated as a new user in the system.
Also, if you are using the SAML SSO login, it has to be reconfigured with the new SAML SSO authentication for the user to login with the new domain.
Note: If the email domain is changed, the user needs to redefine the personal settings, which were done earlier.
