Our alerting system is set up to send alerts every 5 minutes based on the conditions you have specified. However, please be aware that due to the frequency of data synchronization, there may be a delay of up to 10–15 minutes before an alert is triggered. 
To better understand this, let's consider an example: if the data is synced every 5 minutes and it takes our alerting system 5 minutes to send an alert via email or MS Teams, it will take a total of approximately 10 minutes for the specific alert to be triggered. 

It's important to note that our alerts are not real-time and there is a latency period of up to 15 minutes.
