This Article helps to understand how to download Escalation report, LTE prediction and Escalation request cases with the selected date range.
To download the LTE prediction cases as a CSV report, please follow these steps.
1: Goto Analytics module select the Operational Metrics
2: On the Escalation tab, select the date range.
3: Once date range is selected LTE cases will be shown as graph in the Operational Metrics page where you can download the report as CSV using the download symbol.
4: Before downloading the LTE prediction we can customise the information which has to be included in the CSV file.
