How can I get a report showing SupportLogic Automatic vs. Manually assigned tickets?

It is possible to break down custom reports in the User engagement module by date range.


Unknown user names in the User Column display the number of tickets that were automatically assigned, whereas manual case assignment will consider the names of other users.


To access the reports, kindly click on the case list located in the Number of assigned cases column.
