Question:
Why is the Account Hub Summary not displayed for some accounts, showing the message “Not enough case volume”?
Answer:
The Account Hub Summary is generated only when there is sufficient case data available.
SupportLogic performs a pre-validation check before generating the summary using AI. A minimum threshold is required:
- At least 5 open cases (unclosed and unresolved)
- Within the past 5 weeks (35 days)
If this condition is not met, the system does not generate a summary and instead displays the message: “Not enough case volume for this account”

Why This Happens?
This behavior ensures that summaries are created only when there is enough meaningful data to analyze.
By enforcing this threshold:
- Summaries are more accurate and relevant
- Insufficient data does not lead to misleading or low-quality insights
- AI-generated outputs remain reliable and actionable
Summary
- A minimum of 5 open cases in the last 35 days is required
- If the threshold is not met, the summary will not be generated
- The message “Not enough case volume” is expected behaviour
