Question : Will Virtual Queues (VQs) Created in Core SX Reflect in Elevate SX?
No, Virtual Queues (VQs) created in the SupportLogic Core will not appear in Elevate SX.
This is expected behaviour as per product design.
Elevate SX does not support VQ configurations. It only uses data already synced from the Core platform for QA and audit workflows.
VQ functionality is available only in Elevate+, which supports advanced queue setup, routing, and segmentation.
Only Virtual Orgs created in Core SX will reflect in Elevate SX
Will Personal Orgs in Core SX reflect in Elevate SX?
No, Personal Orgs aren't reflected in Elevate SX, only Global Orgs will get reflected from the Core SX.
In short:
