Yes, it is possible to restrict specific cases in ESX. During the ESX onboarding process, you can share the list of cases or criteria that should determine which cases are visible or auditable in ESX. For example, if you want to display only cases with a specific Support Record Type and exclude others, our team can configure the system accordingly.


This ensures that only the required cases are accessible in ESX, while cases that do not meet the defined criteria are excluded.
