Video Messages (Loom)

With Loom’s screen and feedback recording built into ElevateSX, you can quickly record and send comments or feedback, along with your screen. This enables your recipients to see exactly what you mean and see where the issue lies.

Along with your screen being recorded, you have the option to turn on your camera and microphone. With this, you’re no longer have to type out long emails or leave lengthy feedback messages.

Direct audio coupled with your screen being recorded means that miscommunication between you and your team is the thing of the past.

How to Use Loom:

• In your Nav Bar, within the Coaching section, click on 'Record Feedback'

• Choose whether you want your Camera or Mic on/off. Click on “Start recording”

• Then, either record your entire screen or a particular window.

Click on “Share”

• Once finished, click on “Insert recording”

• Select the recipients from your team, leave your comments and click on “Send”

Your agents will receive email and Slack notifications (if enabled) and will be able to listen to your feedback, almost in real time.
