The Search page is our Advanced Search option. If you’re looking for a ticket or a list of tickets – this is the page you need. This could be based on something you want to check or even if you're following up on trends you saw within the Dashboard.
The list of filters available to narrow down your search is as follows:
- Agents
- Channel
- Time Period
- Status
- Tags (ElevateSX created)
- Skills
- Behaviors
- Ticket Groups
- Source Tags (Imported Tags from your CRM - all you ticket metadata values are displayed here)
- No of Replies
- Score (CSAT & QA)
Apart from these, we can add filters based on requirements from you or metadata within a ticket as a separate filter item altogether (removing it from Source Tags). If you'd like a custom filter added to your Elevate SX app, please reach contact us.
And of course, there’s a search bar available if you know exactly which ticket you’re looking for!
