How to enable SLA conditions to show it on the Alerts Page

Question: I am unable to see SLA conditions on the alerts page


This article explains how to enable SLA conditions on the My Alerts page.


To view the SLA conditions on the alerts page, go to Control Centre > Settings > Target Case Metrics page. In the target case metrics page, there is an option to enable the SLA metrics to show SLA tracking in the application

Enabling "SLA tracking" will set metrics to their last configured values. 

Enabling "SLA tracking" will also enable "SLA" section under "Operational Metrics" page. For more information, refer to Operational Metrics

Once the SLA condition is enabled, you can double-click on any conditions or simply drag and drop to the main page to create an alert for the SLA
